So ...we got a perfect hit at 14:28


According to P/T theory , price is running " OVER " Time , so price will drop to next  [  T  ]  at 15:26 ....meaning market is becoming  [ seller's domination ]


...implies that no turn would be at 15:26


As I've said this morning :  Afternoon we have 2 turns .....I prefer it a low


Study that very careful ....U will learn a lot from that !
