越多新人落場既時候就越要小心了.........最近......又聽到有人寫書 / 開班教炒樓了..............即係時間到了.........
好多人唔明既係單有某行業之 " 知識 " 係不足以令你生存既 , 方法內之 " 竅門 " 先係長存之道..........而竅門....係由經驗而來 !
如果你覺得坐艇三五七年冇所謂既 , 咪炒囉 .........不過一定要好似李生咁講 : 個 I phone 6 如果係自用既 , 就幾時都係入市時機.........咁話囉

刪除As for Gann courses , Normally in HK we have one each year at Oct / nov ....after the TA seminar .......and also some classes in China for the coming year , anyhow staytune to HKFIE advertisement or here at our post ..........
