45 years cycle

Apart from 60 years cycle , we look for 45 years cycle history repeat  , if we go back to 1973 , we saw stock crash around the world 

So that means 60 years cycle doesn't correspond with 45 years cycle 

What can we do then .........sorry.....there are no method to have 100% sure things in the world  

Doesn't mean that Gann's skill don't work ? .....may be
